Hello Mike: I bought an electric smoker I am getting kind of lazy in my old
age, just didn't want to mess with the charcoal, grin. I bought this smoker
about a year and a half ago. I love it. It is one of my favorite cooking
devices, smile. Charcoal/electric/gas doesn't manner much in the end, what
heat source you use. It is the type of wood use for smoking, that really
manners.
I will past in links below of two of my favorite sites. There is tons of
smoking meat info on both sites. I learned allot, from both. They are
both excellent resources.
All so I have a audio meat smoking course, it runs for 77 minutes, so if you
are any list members have the time to listen, and would be interested I
would be willing to upload this course for any list members only that would
like to have it. I just need to know if any one is interested in this audio
meat smoking course before uploading it?
For now, go and have a look at the following links.

I would check out the link above first.

I bought a pair of the heat resent gloves from the link above. They are great
for a blind person. When your meat is ready. You can simply walk out to the
smoker, and just pick the meat up from the smoker with the gloves in your
hands. That's great you won't punch holes in the meat that way. You can't
hold the meat for ever it will get hot on the hands. But You can hold it using
these gloves for 40 seconds are so. plenty of time too put it in a bowl are
something. These gloves can be a blind person's friend for cooking.
Mr. Campbell over at blind mice mart, all so sells some cooking gloves.
Good luck. regards Don

I got my gift lastnight, a charcoal smoker. I get to assemble it tonight so
we can fire it up for a party tomorrow evening.
Now I need Ray to find me proper smoking techniques, please?
Guess my compresser will have to come for my birthday later, haha!
