Not sure if I got that right from the first man who gave us a price over the phone . that this house has a 12-12 pitch and that is why it is going to cost a bit more. I asked how he could tell that I had a 12-12 pitch and he said all these Levitown Cape Cod homes were built the same way in the early 50's.Lee
