Our contractor finished the roof yesterday and I am told after he was
done cleaning up he went all over each side of the house with a
magnet t pick up the nails. It is my understanding this equipment rolls
on wheels and is about the same size as the old reel lawn mowers we
used to have to push. Pull one lever and it releases all metal picked
up, in this case nails. the contractor said he gaurentees that as
much as 95 per cent of the old nails coming off the roof are now
picked up and gone. One more major project complete and the insurance
company must be tickled pink. Lee
