Reckon I must be odd, why bother heating up that thar piece of chicken, give me 
a shaker of salt, some cold chicken and maybe throw in a garden fresh mater and 
I'm a happy feller!
Actually, seems like most recommendations for reheating meats say to wrap it in 
foil to help hold in the temperature and moisture.  Don't know about the moving 
molecules and all that jazz.
