Jennifer, someone probably answered the question about bilco doors. those are my metal outside cellar doors which lock from inside by a very simple bolt type thing . I agree with you Jennifer if you are paying for whatever you want in an alarm why would the installer question you or any of us. the system I have listened about so far is good but not good enough . it has a kkey pad just inside the side kitchen door. it also has a speaker and supposedly. a big word , but supposedly from anyplace in the house I could say help and the alarm activitates. if it , the system is turned on. oh and the system is all wireless. the second interest I have. if the power is off then so is my cable phone and the alarm goes out thru the phone lines. Oh life is just a bucket of lazy susans.Lee
