Hi folks, a few days ago I wrote to list about my drain mechanism in my
tub.
I went to the neighborhood hardware and it turned out that I was able to
buy a spring, of the right circumferance, and cut it's length.
I have a fully functional tub drain lever again.
I was so happy that I didn't have to replace the whole faceplate, (which
wasn't being made any more) that I rebuilt the thing first hing when I got
home.
I haven't seen if anyone has responded, as this is my first time in here
since I wrote the question.
