No, It is the strangest thing I ever saw. It is a V-belt but made of twist links. You over lap two links and the third is put in at 90 degrees then twisted to lock them together. Then a link is added until the desired length is reached. In the case of the power twist that I purchased it was actually 4 foot in length I had to remove 3 links to get to the correct length for my saw. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lee A.
