I don't know what spam filter you are working with. It sounds like you were added to the spam list somewhere along the way. Now you have to find out how to get off the list. In Norton you just click on the choice for "This is not spam. In some web based email accounts there are similar ways to move an email from the spam or junk folder to the in box and that corrects the problem. And as a last resort you'll end up having to contact your IP.
