Larry, >From my own experience with mailing lists, I would rather see discussions of accessible tools, and modified tools stay here. Yes, sometimes the traffic on this list strays a bit, but our moderators typically keep things on track pretty well. If you start another list, it will also occasionally get off topic and thus have more traffic then necessary.
what I am trying to say is that having two separate lists gives more opportunity for increased numbers of off topic posts. At least if we keep everything here, we have a chance of limiting the total number of off topic lists.
