That problem could be one of two things, the active x controls or cookies.
first check cookies in the browser. Tools menu, options, privacy tab
menu, advanced...
make sure all cookie things are checked.
now for active x controls in the browser its tools menu, options,
security tab menu, custom...
There will be a lot of things in here so just arrow down until you
come to active x stuff will be a lot of that too. Now it gives you
three choices to pick from. you can go prompt you if you want to make
sure that is the problem, but enabling them will just let the stuff work.
These get turned off because they are the biggest reason for how
viruses get on the box through the browser.
