Bob, At the one hardware store they have three grades of duct tape. I don't remember prices but they accordantly go up in price in relation to the adhesive quality. I believe that the most expensive is what they use on the race cars so that the wind won't peal it off. When I told him what I wanted to use it for he gave me the lightest grade. I wanted to use it to hold some wood together until I could use some permanent fasteners. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bob Kennedy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2007 8:18 PM Subject: Re: [BlindHandyMan] Buying Duck tape
And now you know how I know about buying the real thing too. I wasted money on the other stuff and most of the adhesive was gone when I pealed the tape back from the roll. ----- Original Message ----- From: Lee A. Now I know that jumbo roll of tape we got last summer is the off brand name. So again it proves , " you get what you pay for". thanks.Lee -- Swim at your own risk.
