The loading ramp has been in operation now for some time, and works without a
single hitch.
The construction of my tomato greenhouse was 90% completed by yours truly.
However, said greenhouse builder cannot control adverse weather conditions, so
the tomato plants are struggling to grow, as usual.

The BlanchRanch is carrying more livestock than ever before: goats, calves,
plus 24 sheep: which are a pain in the posterior but a necessary evil I fear:
but still the grass is growing faster than 29 mouths can consume it.
Working out some way to manage the sheep on my own without having to call upon
the help of already busy friends is now exercising my mind.
To have a sheepdog of my own, of course, would be the solution, but my small
flock really would not provide enough work to keep a dog in top working shape,
but something may come up.
It is my intention to learn how to crutch the sheep myself, and I had
considered asking a shearer to teach me how to shear an entire sheep, and I may
well still do that, but I have enough sheep here now to make it worth hiring a
shearer who goes around doing lifestyle blocks.
