Victor: I don't know about other providers, but according to the folks at AT&'s disability center, the phone associated with the rebate program is no longer being manufactured. They told me they were waiting on some software package, "mobile speaks" maybe, which should be available in a few weeks. They also said they were no longer going to do a rebate per se, but that the price of the new software would be "very reasonable".
