Hi Bob, Yeah It's really strange. When i login , if flash player is on, i get a dialog that says, Unknown format. So i go into the Jaws verbosity, and shut off the flash player. Insert F2 and C. Alt S for settings and then HTML settings. In the Misc tab there is an option to ignore flash on web pages. It is a check box so you just hit the space bar to check that box. I don't know why Wal-Mart would require you to make that change but there are some web pages that cause a problem with Jaws, especially those that keep reloading.
