Must be in the water, Utah's are just as helpful.

I have an 18 inch Husqvarna, a step back from the 26 incher I had when I had
to cut firewood in New York. I don't miss "having" to cut firewood either.
Of course the John Deer log splitter was a neat thing to have. It came with
a trailer hitch so I could have it pulled behind the truck. New York is a
place where you want to split only as much as you can carry away in your
truck and come back. If you split more than you can carry away, someone
else will be glad to help you carry it off. Just not to your place...

I can make that unanimous, I had one of their model 3400 18" saws. Owned
it
for 3 weeks before it ended up resting peacefully at the bottom of the
"Spanish Fork" river where we went to cut wood. I now own a 24" Stihl and
I
love it. At least that is I loved it the last time I used it. Since moving
to the Desert I don't cut much firewood any more and come to think of it I
  love that to.

Funny, I know a gent who also had a Poulan chainsaw and I had a Poulan
leaf blower at one time and neither of us were impressed or pleased
with our purchases. I damn near blew out my shoulder trying to start
the blower. I finally gave it away to a shop when I got a new one. I
figured they could use the spark plug or something, cause that was
about the only thing worth anything on the unit.
