It might read thermocouple type probes as resistances but the resistance to temperature conversion is not linear and thus you'd have to make a calibration chart.
Fluke makes a conversion box for some of their meters that plugs onto the surface of the meter and takes a thermocouple type probe. This might be made to work with some fiddiddling around. If your need is critical and specific, email me off list and maybe we can help find what might work.
