Hi Rob, Although these puppies are pretty pricy, they do exist.
Basically, they are shower heads with the label of temperature control shower heads. I have seen them at Home Depot, but can't remember the price off hand at the moment. If you call your local big box hardware store, like Home Depot or Lowes, or even Rona, if you're located in Canada, get them to connect you to plumbing, and they'll be able to tell you exactly what they are called and how much they cost.
