Clifford, the tiles are made out of cement.  I would think there should be a 
20 to 25 year warranty.  I just talk to my agent, and he told me I had a 
thousand dollar deductible.  But I'm responsible for the leak itself.  I 
didn't file a claim just yet.  My cousin is on his way over to check things 
out first.
