This was a fine article. One thing everyone must remember is if they up graded
their heating system and not their chimney, they could be in for trouble.
What happens actually is the flue vapor condenses, forms acid, when moist
it dissolves the chimney. Over a short period you could have a home filled
with fumes from a new furnace and get more than warm.
If you up grade your heating system, remember to down size the chimney
flue.
