Hi,

If you do go with Dell and you're going to purchase warranty, get the gold
warranty. I had nothing but good expeirences with that department any time
I had a problem with my computer. They might do a little trouble shooting
but they always replaced anything I had problems with. They even made me a
restore disk with Norton Ghost so I can restore my computer back to factory
defaults with out any help. I just start it and when I come back my
computer is sitting on the desktop ready for me to install window-eyes.

Good luck with dell. Had to get my brother-in-law to talk to these people,
once they found he knew more about computers, they did findly give me a
computer set up for me and JFWS.
