Interesting, I'd like to know where this came from miss Cathy. I'm wondering what is considered an average house. My guess is probably 3 or 4 people. If that's the case then the figures regarding water usage might be pretty accurate. Our bills are slightly less than this article indicates but not by much, still there are only the 2 of us here.
