Unless things have changed, I think AT&T gives a $15 allowance on cell phone
information. And you have to call a special number to tell them you made X
number of calls. Not the best service from a huge company...

Tom, For my mobile, I use "VOICE DIAL" it is a free service for the
visually impaired thru ATT. I think that any phone service provider must
offer free "information" to any visually impaired customer. You might want
  to check it out.

  Subject: [BlindHandyMan] Talking Phone Directory

Does anyone know where to find an electronic/talking phone directory? I
have so many phone numbers and I can't keep track of them. Does anyone have
any other ideas on how to track phone numbers or know where to fine a
  talking phone directory?

  Thanks,
  Tom
