Hi, Just a thought. If they have a phone number you can call, wouldn't the long distance charges be less than a shipping to Bob and a shipping to you? that is to speak to someone who can manually type your G0L0Z4 into the form fields at NFB store? Sorry if this is uninformed babbling :)
