Thanks Lenny and all. I've had some email problems here  getting my list 
into this mailbox but   it  is all working out. as for the signs. I 
found it odd that a person opening up a new store would   be required  
to only put up one braile sign for a grand opening. that being an exit 
sign . by of course the entrance and exit which is to be the same door. 
this setting is in a big mall. Now I've revisited ADA and some other 
regulations whereas   no need to have an accessible bathroom as they are 
provided in the main mall. I was also thinking of a person  who might be 
blind working on such a project,   as in making signs  we can be  
finding and reading. I've heard of braile signs  in apartment buildings 
that are out of reach for shorter folks. well enough said but thanks
