Ale, I don't think I can help with the Canada part, but I'm curious: Are you looking for the big honkin' plate compacter that would probably run on a Wisconsin eengine, or could you settle for the jumpingjack type which if memory serves often have two-cycle engines. The reason I ask is that the jumpingjack types are quight a bit lighter than the plate units.
