smart idea Lenny telling him to take pictures and follow up with phone calls. I think he would do maybe more damage by pulling those nails. but what is under them . could he drive them down a bit? for sure paint some roof cement or repair goop around them. so maybe the contractor has been n business for 30 years but were the laborers with him that long ?
