Hi Chili blind man, I am trying to get Magic Jack going . I have this message on the screen. This location has been submitted to the 911 service. This will turn to green when the service acknowledges that they understand the information. >> 3124 CENTER -- 91006-5858 The message also says that something will turn green when it has acknowledged by 911. Can you tell me exactly what is supposed to turn green. I have been waiting well past the 2 hours they say it is supposed to take and wondering if is something has gone wrong. Being that you are established with Magic Jack I am hoping your that you caan help me out with your experience of having to sign up with them. Also, I haven't received a confirmation Email from Magic Jack. Thank you very much for your advice. Lee, I have a magic jack also that I use for long calls long distance from my house. I only have local service on my regular house phone now because most calls made are long distance that we do, so the long distance ability was dropped. Now all calls are free without charge and my phone bill has been reduced around 30 bucks a month. There is one down side to them. Since my son is home from college and does gaming online, phone calls are limited to non full game times because of the constant usage required by high speed gaming. If anyone has a gamer in the family, you know what I am talking about, especially if their computer is designed for gaming. .......................bob [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To listen to the show archives go to link http://www.acbradio.org/pweb/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=33&MMN_position=47:29 Or ftp://ftp.acbradio.org/acbradio-archives/handyman/ The Pod Cast address for the Blind Handy Man Show is. http://www.acbradio.org/news/xml/podcast.php?pgm=saturday Visit The Blind Handy Man Files Page To Review Contributions From Various List Members At The Following address: http://www.jaws-users.com/JAWS/handyman/ Visit the archives page at the following address http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ If you would like to join the JAWS Users List, then visit the following address for more information: http://www.jaws-users.com/ For a complete list of email commands pertaining to the Blind Handy Man list just send a blank message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Groups Links __________ NOD32 3150 (20080601) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com
