[BlindHandyMan] Looking for a polishing tool

Sunday is "maintenance day" at my place.  That's when all the little stuff, 
knife sharpening etc. is supposed to get done.  Also, it's boot polishing day 
as well.  I'm trying to automate the polishing process a little bit, and was 
wondering if anyone knows if there are drums to which one could afix a 
polishing rag and then mount in a hand drill.  I would think, that if something 
like this was available on which you could mount sand paper, that would work 
well.  So, any thoughts?
