Remove the defective faucet and take it into a good hardware/plumbing
store.  They should be able to find you something that'll work even if not 
an exact duplicate.  If it's on plastic tubing, exact match shouldn't be that 
critical.
P.S. probably reason nobody replied to first message
was we were all waiting for the person with the 
"real" answer! <GRIN>
