Bob, you mentioned you can only burn on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Here 
in our part of New York  which includes many counties there is no 
longer  permits  orally or written to burn outside. In the past 
contractors  or even individuals  had  burned leftorvers or removed 
stock  from a building project. Two things happened. folks left firres  
unattended and the second   and to me the worst is folks  tossing  
leftover pices of vinyl siding as well as  insulation into these fires.  
I know this as a fact as my daughter and oldest son are volunteer 
firefighters and have been subjected to these fumes. also some of thse 
open burnings have  led to unattended fires which resulted in  some 
small but other very large  brush fires. to bad more folks could not be 
responsible  when burning and have knowledge of  what they are burning.
