I suggested that as another choice. With the way that the home is 
constructed he can't figure out how to run a wire. He got stuck trying to 
add some circuits.
I just located a $40 timer that can turn something on or off 7.5 minutes at 
pre set intervals. Maybe 15 minutes every 3 hours would help. Hmmm! are 
there remote thermostats?
