Lenny, My concern is that if the old rotors were bad enough to create a chatter that the pads themselves may be damaged. Give it a good 5 or 10 mile test drive and if there any problems at take it back Don't buy the crap about old pads needing to seat to new rotors. If it doesn't feel right it probably isn't. Your other option is just tell them you want new pads installed from the get-go.
