  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  To instruct and introduce SC Commission for the Blind consumers in the safe
  use of hand and power tools. To conduct effective, well-planned woodshop
  instructions to the SC Commission for the Blind consumers. To make
  recommendations for supplies, equipment and other instructional materials as
  needed during budget process.
  
  MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  
  A bachelor's degree; and knowledge of methods and skills which will enable
  the visually impaired to become rehabilitated. Knowledge of applicable
  training principles, practices, woodworking tools, equipment, materials and
  supplies used for making wooden crafts. Ability to analyze training and
  development needs and resources and to recommend and communicate solutions
  effectively. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and
  interpreting a variety of training policies and procedures.
