If you are using the 1-800 toll free national line they may have trouble finding the site. There are apparently half a dozen Crown Plaza hotels in Houston. The really good news is that they are allowing those of us coming in on Thursday night to have the $72 rate as well rather than the $235 offered by Sheraton.
