A little update. I thought to call back and ask how much if we removed the frame and took it into the shop to replace the glass. A lot of work, but less room for error on the measuring. Anyway, that is less than $25.

As I have two other cracked windows that I need to replace and one of them is on the second floor I think I may need to learn more about glass installation.
