My buddy with the unit is away getting a dog; but there is a full sized Panasonic that has big buttons and is sold as a regular one, not blind specific, that seems to work very very well for him. He worked in food service management and has high function standards. So I'm sure it should be good. I don't know the model. But panasonic makes a regular one that v i p's can surely use efficiently.
