Jennifer before you go for new speakers try going to your control panel. Find sound devices and find out what setting it is on. Some have different settings for speech, editing and entertainment. Music playback should be done in entertainment. Also you can set it up to have access to it on the task bar at all times to change it really fast without any hassel. ...................bob
