Hi all, some time ago I wrote to the list asking about sealing an MDF top I was putting on my new work bench. It was suggested I use Danish Oil among other things. I went with the Danish Oil and it really appears to be exactly what I wanted. I was putting it on with a rag but my wife kicked me off the job saying it was blotchy. I tried to explain that it was only the first coat. However I decided to not argue with she who must be obeyed, and also she with site.
