The caulk in my bathroom keeps developing black mold. I keep bleaching it,
but the mold comes back. Is there any better way to kill the mold?

It sounds like someone used the wrong type of caulk for a bathtub. In this
case you should completely remove all of the caulk. Use a putty knife or a
5-in-1 tool to cut and scrape away the caulk. Clean the remaining film with
a rag and some bleach. Buy a Tub & Tile Caulk intended for kitchens and
bathrooms, which has an added mildewcide to resist mold and mildew. Apply a
continuous bead along the caulk joints, and smooth it with a wet finger or
dowel. The wetness will allow it to glide over the caulk bead to smooth the
joint. It may help to wrap your finger in a wet paper towel, or even mask
the caulk bead with painter's tape for a uniform joint.
