Several places sell them. One of the places I use a lot is Peachtree.
Their web site is ptreeusa.com
Sometimes you can find things on Amazon that are less than what they sell
their own things for. Here is what Amazon said about the Peachtree miter
bar.

Works with standard 3/4 x 3/8 miter gauges with a T-slot
a.. Slides into miter track or miter slot on your table mounted tools
a.. Add a miter or sliding fixture to anything that can be routed to fit
Miter Track
a.. Use on table saw extensions, drill press tables & band saw tables

$15.99 + $6.75 shipping
In Stock. Ships from and sold by Peachtree Woodworking Supply Inc

I went to the Peachtree site and typed in miter bar in the search box and
their 48 inch bar comes with a 48 inch T track as well.

Their ad says:
Our T-Track is made in the USA out of 90% recycled aluminum to help
our environment. The T-Track has a 1/8" wall which will not bow or twist and
allows for everyday heavy use. The key to our system is a standard 3/8" hex
head bolt that slides into the track. No more hunting for hard to find
T-bolts or special locking pieces. The T-Track is perfect for building jigs
and fixtures for your radial arm saw, workbench, drill press, miter saw, and
various other machines. Our T-Track also works well for mounting
anti-kickback devices to your table saw fence or router table fence
