Well we just changed the kitchen faucet. What a chore. The old one was a Moen high riser. That model the spout would lift up about six additional inches to fill a large pot or to use the sprayer on the faucet. The water control leaver was mounted to the right of the faucet normally where a sprayer goes. Trying to get the old one off I needed my son-in-law to help. I needed someone to hold the top why the retaining nut was removed. Then taking the leaver control became even more of a chore. After everything was disconnected and the retaining nut removed still could not get the unit off of the sink. Bolt cutters worked fantastic to cut the lines. After the new one was installed a different type, I decided that I hate it. As I mentioned the old one, no longer manufactured, had the handle mounted in the hole normally used for a sprayer. Relying on muscle memory I am now grabbing the sprayer to turn on the water. After about twenty years of use of the old one, I think it will take some time for me to adjust to the new one. I did learn something from someone at Lowes, Karen first searched the Moen site looking for the high riser she saw this one listed for $176. When we went to Lowes to look at their stock she saw the same one for $88. Not sure I called my daughter and had her look at the Moen site for the model number 87888. It was the same model. When we were getting it a sales person that I know told me that the eight signifies that it is made for Lowes. No other store will have that model. When atLowes I purchased the 1/4" NPT air plug for the palm nailer. Before putting all plumbing stuff away I put the part on the palm nailer. Chris and I then played with it for a while. I am impressed with that Harbor Freight tool. --- Please visit my home page; it is motivational, inspirational and humorous with many resources for the blind. http://www.geocities.com/lenny_mchugh/ Lenny
