Hey Ray, do you really mean this guy cut all the guttering and stuff with just a plain old hand held hacksaw? Wow, to me that either means he's cheap or he really has the experience to be able to do it perfect the first time. And from what you say, it's the latter possibility. He knows he can do a good job with a basic tool so isn't worth the effort to buy and maintain a power saw that might not do a better job and would cost more.
