Perhaps you should call her up and let her know when you are going to clean the
gutters and invite her and her police to help you, smile!
Or, call the police and report that some one is watching your every move, you
know like a peeping tom!

Lenny, breaking no law, she has always been worried about me falling... I
still continue to do it and she continues to call. Pretty soon I'll be on a
first name basis with all the officers...

It never bothers me to clean the gutters on my house. However my neighbor
calls the police on me every time.
  Makes life interesting...

My question is simply who likes to clean gutters?

pphere are also gutter helmets which can be retrofitted to fit over
  existing
gutters I agree the leafguard system is the preferred gutter but one cant
afford that option so the helmets might be a viable alternative if those
  aren't in the budget

good luck in whatever your solution is
