If you are a landlord getting any outside funging to do remodeling it is impertive that a percentage of apartments have the leverl handls . this is called remodeling for Universal rentals. and the apartment thus becomes universal , somply meaning you have remodeed so that the apartment / house is accessible by wheelchair, walker and any other disability that may require acdcess conversions.
