Not sure what you mean by 5 new ones... Here in the states the way to rotate 4 tires is to keep them on the same side. So it's front to back and back to front.
If you develop problems with the tires such as cupping, which you can pick up the slapping sound the tire makes, then you figure eight them. In this case the front left goes to right read and left rear goes to front right. These directions are all the same no matter what side you drive from.
