Andy, you can find Verizon reps at different times in what walmart 
calls the " connection center" in most walmart stores it is behind or 
beside the electronics de;partment. ask  the connection the  center  
for any rep. in our area A T and T are pushing some sort of  phone but I 
think it is just a pay as you go phone.. Personally I would not go to my 
local verizon store as they are the next best thing to rude and I 
invited one of them to try out  my folding cane   to find her brain 
cells. Lee
