There is a granet fiber sink that is expensive, but in my opinion, puts the
stainless steel sinks to shame. Just installed this sink and gave the stainless
steel away. read more @

  Subject: [BlindHandyMan] Stainless steel sinks

  Aloha all,
I'm back on the kitchen project this week, well the research and
  shopping part anyway.

Yesterday I learned that the new stainless steel sinks are not
completely stainless steel like my current one. There are other
  materials used in them.
My friend who installs kitchen cabinetry, said he has been called bak
to a couple of homes because the sinks have begun to rust after one
year. The company where the sinks were purchased, two different ones,
have replaced the sink, but the customer has to pay for the removal
and replacement of the new one.

Any one know where to get a truly stainless steel sink?
I really want a single sink because we're considering the addition of
a dishwasher. I have a large sink in the laundry room that I use for
soaking and scrubbing large pots and pans.
  Betsy
