Each time I turn on the laptop and bootup, I, get the message (windows installer dialog, preparing to install zero percent) after a period of times of this it finally goes to the desktop. It is very annoying. Has anyone come across this problem? How can I fix it? Dell inspiron 6000 with windows XP home is what I have. Thank you all in advance.
