Hi Everyone Some time back we built a steel shed for a caravan we have just sold.
We at that time instead of concreting the floor dug in precast concrete slabs for the wheels to run in on. I need this shed now so my Son can put his car in it for we are taking his shed which has the dor height to put our new caravan in. Now we have decided to concrete this area which measures 33 by 11 feet. I am getting a Bob Cat in to dig out this area down to an existing concrete slab in my workshop so both floor levels will be the same height. The Bob Cat has to also dig up an existing slab which I had for my box trailer to stand on. After this area has been levelled out then the reinforcing mesh can go in and the concrete poured. The floor will have a slight slope from the back towards the front and an apron out the front of the shed to match my workshop I am going to put a steel door on the shed but until I find out what type I can use because of the head height above the door opening I cannot say just yet. I will let you know when I get to this stage. Ray [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
