They are the Veterans Affairs contracted folks to help with Blind Computer problems. Many work with accessable software daily, because they are blind. Some have businesses and work with the software when needed. All can do a passing job with the assist or question.
Not to speak of Jaws issues, but, I still don't have the IE8 installed. Is IE8 still in Beta?
